Income taxation is Immoral

Most of believe we are required to give to our servants any amount of our time, our energy, our skills and our lives that they demand, without regard to its affect on us, fairness or our own quality of life- in the form of the money we earn.

Does that sound about right?

Well not only is the concept that what is our is theirs is fundamentally flawed, but every way they try to collect it, from depending upon an enormously fraudulent IRS for information, to their collection of our information, to the ways in which they extort their pound of flesh is fraudulent.

To put it into its simplest terms "income tax" is immoral, unethical, and illegal because of some very basic side effects.

1. It assumes that the skills you posses and use, the time you spend, and sweat you pour - in other words your labor- do not belong to you or are completely worthless. I say completely worthless because "income" is a gain- a windfall, something you got for nothing and therefor can be taxed into infinity. Do you feel like when you work you get something for nothing? When they tax your labor, that is exactly what the assumption is and it justified taking it from you. In other words- it is theft.

2. It requires you to surrender your personal information, create and store records, exposes you to criminal prosecution that would not otherwise exist, require surveillance, turns our employers and employees into snitches, and circumvents our constitutional protections. In short, it parks the government right into your private business and creates a situation in which they "need" to do things to you in order to collect.
